WHAT COMES WITH MY SHIPMENT?
Each shipment will include two bottles of choice international wines, chosen uniquely by the My Wine Society team and our sommeliers, along with one gift from a brand you love, and gift certificates for unique experiences and familiar restaurants and shops. Your subscription also includes access to Priority Wine Pass, an app offering exclusive deals to wineries.
WHAT IS PRIORITY WINE PASS
With over 450 discounts in California, Oregon, and Washington, Priority Wine Pass has grown into the largest tasting program of its kind. The Wine Pass is well known for helping customers slash tasting costs and saving hundreds while wine tasting.
WHEN SHOULD I SIGN UP?
The deadline to sign up for any given month is before the 13th of that month. We ship our orders on the 21st and expect 2 days processing time.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
If your order is placed before the 20th of the month, you can expect it by the end of the month. We give our postage 10 days to ship to ensure accuracy and your satisfaction.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
In the first stages of Loyalty Club, to ensure maximum quality and exclusivity, we will be limiting membership to the state of California. We hope to expand soon so that the rest of the world can get a taste.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT MY SHIPMENT?
According to California state law, shipping wine directly to a resident in this state is only permitted in containers that are conspicuously labeled with the words: “CONTAINS ALCOHOL: SIGNATURE OF PERSON AGE 21 YEARS OR OLDER REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY.”
Therefore, yes, but we wish we could bypass this for you :(
WHAT KIND OF GIFTS SHOULD I EXPECT IN EACH BOX?
Each gift will range from $40-60 retail value, and usually relatively compact in size, along with gift certificates or coupons to restaurants, spas, clubs or stores you love. Our first three months will include a Wineovation electric gun wine opener, Dion Specs sunglasses, and a Gypsy Gold (18k gold and 925 sterling silver) ring.
WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION RENEW AUTOMATICALLY?
All subscriptions include 3 months of deliveries. At the end of those 3 months, you'll be automatically renewed for the next 3 months. You can choose at anytime to cancel your renewal for the next 3 months of deliveries.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION? Email "firstname.lastname@example.org" at anytime with subject line "CLUB CANCELLATION" and include your order number in the body of your email. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
HOW TO GET MY FRIENDS INVOLVED?
Upon subscribing, you should have received an “invite your friends” code in your email, or a card in your box! The code provided will invite your friends into the Club with a 10% discount.
WILL THE PRICE INCREASE AFTER THE FIRST 3 MONTHS?
No, the price you sign up with will remain for 12 months after purchase if you choose to renew.
